Depending on the features you use and your role as a customer, seller, or delivery partner, ADXO may collect:
ADXO uses location to find nearby sellers, validate delivery coverage, save delivery addresses, estimate routes or distances, and display delivery tracking. You may deny location permission and enter or select an address manually. You can change location permissions in your device settings.
On iOS, you may sign in with Apple. We receive the Apple account identifier and, when Apple provides them, your name and email address. ADXO also supports phone-number authentication and verification through Firebase Authentication. The information received is used to create, secure, and manage your ADXO account.
Online payments for physical food and grocery purchases are processed by Razorpay. Payment credentials are entered into Razorpay's payment interface and are not stored by ADXO. We receive limited transaction information such as a payment identifier, amount, and payment status to confirm orders, handle retries, and support eligible refunds. Razorpay processes information under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only the information reasonably necessary to complete an order or provide ADXO, including with the relevant seller, delivery partner, payment processor, cloud-service provider, or authorities when required by law. We may also disclose information to prevent fraud, protect users, or enforce applicable terms.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ADXO, maintain accounts, complete transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or regulatory requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
You can request account deletion from the Profile section inside ADXO. You may also email support@adxo.in with the subject “ADXO Account Deletion Request.” After we verify the account, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information within a reasonable period, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
You can manage location, notification, and photo permissions in device settings. You may stop further app collection by uninstalling ADXO, and you may request account deletion as described above.
ADXO is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to ADXO, its features, legal requirements, or privacy practices. The current version will be published on this page.
